• providing information about our property listings, services or real estate offerings,

• contacting you by telephone or email regarding your enquiry,

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,

• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Data Controller's legitimate interest in handling enquiries, maintaining communication, and organising the process of selling, purchasing or renting real estate.

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities providing hosting, IT, email, legal, accounting, CRM and marketing services to the Data Controller, as well as to other service providers supporting the handling of enquiries and the organisation of our services. Personal data may also be shared with partners involved in the provision of real estate services, solely to the extent necessary for the relevant processing purpose.
